ASI 204692AC-6 Roval™ Semi Recessed Automatic Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle

Construction
Semi recessed automatic roll paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle fabricated of 22 gauge stainless steel with exposed surfaces in satin finish. Automatic dispensing mechanism is supplied and powered by C-UL-US and CE approved internal low voltage adapter (supplied) using 110-240VAC, 50/60 Hz. Dispenser activates when hands are placed in sensor zone, dispensing owner preselected lengths of towel per activation. Face trim is one piece construction, 1" wide with a 1/8" radiused return to collar. Door is hinged to cabinet with a full length 1/8" dia. stainless steel multi staked piano hinge and locks to cabinet with tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Waste container has hemmed edges for safety and is retained by tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Stainless steel collar included for semi recessed mounting.

Installation
RWO: 16" W x 54-3/4" H x 4-1/4" D
Verify all rough-in dimensions prior to installation. Secure to framing with No. 10 self tapping screws (not included) at holes provided. Note that top of rough wall opening is 25/32" below top of unit. Sensor ground wire must be connected inside cabinet. Power is supplied by code approved cable or conduit (by others) to RWO at either of two (2) available locations and terminated in utility simplex outlet box (provided) inside cabinet. Power required is 110-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz protected by 15A circuit breaker (by others) for low voltage adapter that draws 1/4 amp. Power adapter for dispenser unit is supplied cabled and plugged into dispenser and is plugged into simplex outlet (by others). Stainless steel collar to be installed on cabinet prior to mounting to wall following instructions included with the unit.

Operation
Towels are dispensed automatically when hands are placed in sensor zone. Owner predetermines length of towel dispensed by making selections on three (3) switches for length, delay, and economy. LED indicates sensing and operation. Paper towel roll is replenished by unlocking the door and refilling when fully empty. Waste container is emptied manually by unlocking the door. Locking compartment and receptacle container prevents unauthorized access or removal.
