Construction
Surface Mounted Toilet Seat Cover Dispenser shall hold and dispense 500 standard single or half-fold paper toilet seat covers contained in supply box and shall have cabinet, frame, SM-collar, and door of type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. Cabinet shall be 20 gauge with a 1" wide perimeter return to lay flat against collar. Door shall be 18 gauge with 1/2" square return to collar with no open seams visible on door face. Door shall be attached to top of cabinet with a full length 3/16" diameter stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and shall be held closed with a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI washroom equipment. All exposed surfaces shall be satin finish and shall be protected during shipment with PVC film easily removable after installation. Cover dispensing slot shall have a fully deburred flat edge for snag-free dispensing and user safety. Structural assembly of cabinet and door components shall be of welded construction and shall have no exposed fasteners or welded seams. SM-Collar shall be supplied loose in same box with 6477 cabinet.

Installation
Surface mount unit on wall using four (4) No. 10 self-threading screws (by others) through concealed holes provided into suitable wall reinforcement (by others) or anchors (by others). Mounting holes are provided in back plate of cabinet and are accessible through door for installation.

Operation
Covers are self-feeding by manual pull until supply is depleted. Unit is manually reloaded with a full box through access door on schedule determined by maintenance requirements.

Warranty
One (1) Year Manufacturer's Warranty - Warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from date of sale.
