ASI 04833 Surface Mount Napkin Disposal and Toilet Tissue Dispenser- Satin Finish
Construction
Surface mounted toilet paper dispenser with sanitary napkin disposal is fabricated of type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. The face trim mounting flanges are 22 gauge of one piece construction 1" wide with no welded miters and has square 1/4" returns to front of surface mounting collar (supplied). All exposed surfaces are satin finish. The door is connected to cabinet with a full length piano hinge and held closed with a tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Disposal door is hung on spring loaded hinges. Theft resistant and vandal resistant rollers are molded of high impact resistant plastic with integral molded in stainless steel end pins. Two (2) R-004 rollers are included.

Installation
Slide a stainless steel collar over the rear of cabinet and then surface mount cabinet to partition or wall using four (4) No. 10 self tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided. Note: top of RWO (rough wall opening) is 13/16" below top of unit.

Operation
Toilet paper rolls and waste removal are serviced by unlocking and opening the door. Seat covers are self feeding until supply is depleted. Toilet tissue dispenser holds and dispenses two (2) standard or two (2) 4-1/2" x 5-1/4" diameter tissue rolls. The spindles are vandal resistant and only accessible when door is opened. The napkin disposal waste receptacle is 1.3 gallons.
