ASI 046924-9 Surface Mounted Lever Operated Roll Towel Dispenser/Waste Receptacle

Construction
Surface mounted roll paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle fabricated of 22 gauge stainless steel with exposed surfaces in satin finish. A lever operated dispensing mechanism is supplied. Dispenser opening is smooth and burr free for snag free dispensing and user safety. Face trim is one piece construction, 1" wide with a 1/4" square return to collar. Door is hinged to cabinet with a full length 3/16" dia. stainless steel multi staked piano hinge and locks to cabinet with tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Waste container has hemmed edges for safety and is retained by tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. 9" stainless steel collar provided for surface mounting.

Installation
Surface mount to wall with four (4) No. 10 self tapping screws (not included) through concealed mounting holes provided. Stainless steel collar is installed on cabinet prior to mounting on wall following instruction sheet provided with unit.

For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install unit so that towel dispenser lever is 48" maximum above finished floor. (AFF)

Operation
Towels are fed by lever action with adjustable feed lengths by pin (supplied) limiting the lever stroke length. Paper towels are replenished by unlocking the door and refilling fully empty. Waste container is emptied manually by unlocking the door. Locking compartment and receptacle container prevents unauthorized access or removal.
