Construction
Semi Recessed Sanitary Napkin / Tampon Vendor is fabricated of 18-8, type 304, 18 gauge stainless steel with all exposed surfaces having a satin finish. Door connects to the cabinet with a full length stainless steel piano hinge and is held closed with two tumbler locks keyed like other ASI Washroom Equipment. Internal coin box is keyed differently than door locks. Weights for each feed track are supplied. Unit is supplied with SR collar to convert to semi recessed mounting.

Installation

Rough Wall Opening (RWO) required is 16"W x 26"H x 4"D (406mm x 660mm x 102mm)

Unit is semi recess mounted using No. 10 self tapping screws (by others). Note that coin slot is 6-3/8" above bottom edge of RWO. SR collar is installed on cabinet prior to mounting in recess following procedure described on SR collar data sheet.

For maximum usability and compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, unit should be installed so that coin slot is between 54" (1372mm) maximum above finished floor (AFF) and 38" (965mm) minimum AFF.

Operation
Deposit of specified coin allows operation of dispenser. Napkin and tampon dispensers operate independently. The selected product drops into vending opening after operator actuation. Indicator displays when empty and blocks coin slot when product is depleted. Product supply is replenished by opening door and manually reloading into dispenser supply tracks. Track weights must be used to provide positive feed.
