Construction
Top Fill Vanity Mounted Automatic Soap Dispensing System Soap Dispenser shall dispense liquid soap with pH in range 7± 1.5 and viscosity in range 100–3800 cP (mPas) and shall dispense in stream cycles with volumes of approximately 0.034 oz to 0.051 oz of liquid soap during each activation when connected properly to control pump module. Dispenser spout body shall be type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8 and all exposed stainless steel surfaces shall be satin finish. Dispenser shall operate automatically from sensor that activates when hands are placed in sensor zone. Sensor detection range is preset at 4-3/4" +/- 1-1/2" and shall self compensate for lighting conditions. An indicator LED provides status notification of user sensor detection. Unit will mount on vanity deck up to 2" thick through 1" diameter hole minimum to 1-1/4" diameter maximum. Soap supply comes from control module that is connected to vanity mounted top fill tank (0387 kit ordered separately). Optional battery pack is available with 0388-1A or 0385-BP ordered separately. The vanity mounted automatic soap dispensing system liquid control module will operate L-pump to deliver soap to spout. The control module must be connected to Vanity Mounted Automatic Soap Dispensing System Top Fill Tank (p/n 0387 ordered separately) with tubing (provided with 0387 kit ordered separately) and must be powered by power adapter (p/n 72-ACA, provided).
NOTE: Soap supply shall be from Model Number 0387 EZFill™ Vanity Mounted Top-Fill Port and Multi-Feed Tank (supplied separately) with capacity of 1.6 Gal (6 L) of liquid soap containing no abrasives or particulates. Up to twelve (12) individual top fill vanity mounted automatic soap dispenser units shall draw from each Multi-Feed tank located under counter through connection with under-counter soap distribution tubing (provided with 0387 kit).

Installation for both AC and Battery Operated
Install unit to counter top with washers and basin nut (supplied) into 1" Diameter hole located in counter top per template or to suit site conditions. Connect soap supply tube from dispenser shank to fitting on top of control module (p/n 0386 provided with system). Connect COM cable with multi-pin socket into control unit inline cable connector.
Installation for AC with 0386 Control Module
Install unit under vanity deck as per template or suit site conditions. Connect soap supply tube from shank of Liquid soap dispenser to fitting on top of control module. Connect COM cable with multi pin socket into control unit inline cable connector. Connect soap supply tube into Top Fill Tank L-fitting or T-fitting of previous module in chain of multi unit installation. Connect power supply (72-ACA or 0385-BP) into DC Power jack located on the side of the control module.
Installation for Battery Pack
Install battery box on wall using two (2) No. 8 - No. 10 or M4 self threading Phillips pan head screws (by others) through hole and mounting slot provided in top and bottom brackets. Alternatively install a pan head screw with head size that fits through the slot tab hole at chosen location and hang battery box on one (1) screw for convenience in protected vanity condition. Locate battery box in position within easy reach of dispenser power cable that affords convenience for unplugging cable and unscrewing cover to replace batteries during unit lifetime.

Operation
Operation is initiated when hands are placed in sensor zone. LED indicator flashes once to indicate detection of object in sensor zone.
Warranty
One (1) Year Manufacturer's Warranty - Warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from date of sale.
