Construction
Recessed horizontal liquid soap dispenser is fabricated of alloy 18-8, type 304 stainless steel. All exposed surfaces have No. 4 satin finish. Door and tank are fabricated as one integral unit of 16 gauge stainless steel and mounting frame is fabricated of 20 gauge stainless steel. Door is held closed with tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Soap valve is constructed of a chrome plated brass body with stainless steel and plastic internal parts.
Capacity: 52 oz.

Installation

Rough Wall Opening (RWO) required is 9" W x 4-7/8" H x 4-1/4" D (229mm x 124mm x 108mm)

Unit is mounted in wall recess using two (2) No 10 self tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.

For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, unit should be installed so that valve is 54" (1372mm) maximum above finished floor (AFF) if clear floor side reach access is provided or 48" (1219mm) maximum AFF if clear floor forward reach access only is provided or 46" (1168mm) maximum AFF if side reach over an obstruction only is provided (i.e.: vanity). Note that top of RWO is 9/16" (14mm) below top of unit. For general utility install unit so that dispenser valve is 6′′ to 10′′ (152mm to 254mm) above top of vanity.

Operation
Soap is manually dispensed by depressing push button. Valve operation complies with ADA Accessibility Guidelines by requiring no more than 5 lbs. pressure to actuate and requires no grasping or twisting by operator. Unit is refilled by swinging out door/tank assembly requiring special key (furnished) to open.

One (1) Year Manufacturer's Warranty - Warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from date of sale.
